The NATSO Show 2017 will be held Jan. 21 – 24 at the Westin Savannah Harbor Golf Resort & Spa.

In 2017, we are again advancing the goals of both attendees and exhibitors through efforts such as physically integrating suppliers into the convention, with keynote events and receptions taking place right on the exhibit floor to maximize networking, discussion and engagement.
Each 10 by 10 booth costs:

- Nonmember*: $3,800

The deadline to be included the Official Show Guide for The NATSO Show 2017 is November 2, 2016. Exhibitors that reserve a booth by the deadline are included in the Show Floor Map Listing, the List of Exhibitors and Sponsors and the Products and Services Index. To reserve a booth yourself:
- Go to the booth sales page here.
- Login or register as a new exhibitor.
- Review your company information at the top of the page.
- Select booth by clicking in the grey box.
- Click on the booth you want (available booths are blue).
- Click Submit.
- Review Order Details.
- Select payment method (type in credit card information or select pay by check).
- Type in your First Name, Last Name and Title.
- Read the Terms and Conditions.
- Check the box that you agree to the terms and conditions.
- Click Submit.
- You will receive two emails from the system:
- Online Booth Reservation
- Confirmation of booth space Submission

Announce Your New Products, Show Specials and Samples on our show site, in the show guide and a listing will be distributed onsite to all truckstop and travel plaza attendees. After this date your information will be distributed at the show.
The official host hotel for The NATSO Show 2017 is the Westin Savannah Harbor Golf Resort & Spa. The NATSO room rate of $199 plus taxes and fees is available until January 11, 2017. The main events of The NATSO Show, including the education and exhibit hall floor, will all take place next door at the Savannah International Trade & Convention Center.
